Simply put, S.K Constructions applies a “No Harm” philosophy to all of our operations. As we are considering our employees as valuable resources, we ensure a safety working environment to all. This is reflected in our corporate values statement which states the principles under which we operate.

As we are giving priority to safe circumstances, we are functioning a separate department for Safety. Achieving “Zero Harm” is not a small undertaking. In an industry that is often driven by deadlines, maintaining the discipline to pre-plan and integrate safety into all activities requires diligence. Our policies and procedures  mandate the planning of tasks so that they become ingrained as habits. Safety is always the first thought and a habit we stress before executing any activity. We continuously monitor and improve our policies, procedures and behaviors using inspections, self-audits and the implementation of industry best practices.  The members of S.K. family co-operate in  the affairs of the organization with the goal of assisting in the development of new best practices for integration into our operations. Safety training is provided at all levels of the Company.

Everybody including visitors in the sites, employees, sub-contractors etc. can expect an environment that is true to the belief that everyone has the right to return home safely at the end of the workday.
